Delivery Shipping Policy

This Delivery Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for both domestic and international orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We ship orders within Australia and internationally.
Please note that we do not ship to countries or regions restricted by Australian postal or customs regulations. Current restrictions are imposed on Russia only. 

Shipping Options and Rates

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Domestic (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

International:

• International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and service selected.

Free Shipping: Available for Australian and International orders over e.g. $250 USD.

Delivery and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an Australia Post tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly at auspost.com.au/track.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and dependant upon your geographical location.

However we do cover USA import tariffs on all USA shipments. 

Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Crystal Alchemy® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international postal services.

Shipping Insurance 

You do have the ability to add for a small low cost fee shipping insurance at the check out cart with your order. Fees cover loss, damage or theft.

Insurance can be applied to orders ranging from $67 - $3,333 USD. We currently ship on a low cost discounted rate of cost x 0.0167. Eg $16.70 on a parcel value of $1,000.00

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

For lost or delayed packages, please check your tracking information first. If you need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with Australia Post.

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, Crystal Alchemy® is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at via the contact, or via email, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
