Installment Plan

Q1. Can I pay by installments? 

Yes, we have enabled a feature on the store whereby you can interest free purchase a product with a 50% deposit and then the remaining 50% payment is split over 2 months (25% in 30 days and then the last payment of 25% in 60 days from the date of purchase). You will be sent reminders to make payment and have 48hrs only to complete on the email reminder.

If you require an alternative plan we can offer you an alternative offer via email agreement and paypal scheduled invoices being sent to your email. Please contact Louise.crystalalchemy@gmail.com if you require assistance. 

Q2. How do I pay by installments?

When you go to select your size under the add to shopping cart you can select either full payment or installment payment. If you wish to pay by installments please select the installment payment. 

Q3. When will I get my item I have purchased under an interest free payment plan? 

Once you have completed your final payment we will notify your dispatch tracking number within 48 hrs (Monday - Friday AEST). 

Q4. Do I still get free shipping on an installment plan? 

Yes, If your goods are over $250 USD we provide you with free national (Australia) and International shipping applied during the check out process. 

Q5. Can I apply a discount code if I am choosing interest free payment method? 

Yes, If you have received a discount code you will be able to apply it to an item in the check out card when applying for an interest free payment plan. 

Q6. Can I get insurance for my installment plan? 

Yes, you can add by applying it at the check out cart. You will be able to see the low fee changes added to the cart. 

Q7. Do the same terms of sale apply for Returns and Exchanges and Warranty, if I purchase with an installment plan? 

Yes, we have fully compliant international terms and conditions of sale please check our transparent Global Returns, Exchanges and Warranties page for more information. 

Q8. What happens if I cannot pay for my item on the 30th day and the 60th day on an installment plan? 

If you fall into financial difficulty please write to us as soon as possible at Louise.crystalalchemy@gmail.com and we will assess your situation on a case by case basis and see what new agreement we can assist you with. 

Product Purchase

Q1. What should I receive once I place an order? 

Once you place your order online you will be sent email confirmation of your order. If for any reason you do not recieve an email, please check your junk or promotions tab next to primary email. If you find an email elsewhere then please move by drag and drop to your primary email account. 

If you still have no email please contact us via the contact page. 

Q2. When will my items be dispatched? 

Monday to Friday orders are dispatched between 1 - 48 hrs after receipt of the order. You will be notified of your tracking number once your items have been dispatched.
